Role: GenAI Senior Integrated Designer

In today's fiercely competitive marketplace, achieving creative excellence across all eCommerce touchpoints is crucial. We are seeking a visionary Senior Integrated Designer; renowned for their outstanding work in the Beauty & Skincare sector to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate our brand's presence and impact across Europe.
Our ideal candidate will excel in high-volume adaptation, ensuring compliance, consistency, and competitiveness. the Senior Integrated Designer takes digital, print and social content projects from brief to completion. This role will provide new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with client’s brand guidelines and will manage the day-to-day running of projects, working within specified timeframes and budgets. This role offers the chance to work with iconic beauty brands as we launch a groundbreaking Europe-wide eCommerce Content Factory. By integrating automation and AI, we aim to revolutionise content creation and set new digital standards for online beauty experiences.
What you will be doing:
- Experience in Beauty and fashion Brand is a MUST
- Must have E-com Experience
- Producing design / ideas to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion
- Proactively monitor output quality, accuracy and consistency
- Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new concepts
- Create inspiring and exciting content – from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation
- Familiarity with automation production and knowledge of Figma and Otomo
- Be an entrepreneurial lead on the development of creative and output
- Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence
- Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and client and provide excellent customer service
- Strong project management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly for a high-profile client
Good to have:
- 8+ years’ experience in an advertising agency.
- Strong client organisation, influence, and relationship building
- Creative flair and art direction across platforms
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Skilled in responsive design for web, social, UI/UX, and digital trends
- Excellent typography, layout, and technical detail
- Animation concept storyboarding
- Print collateral and branding experience
- Confident communicator with teams and clients
