We at Commit AI are looking for a talented professional to join our GenAI R&D productivity team, focusing on consulting and solution delivery.
Freelance position
In this impactful role, you will work closely with leading tech organizations to identify opportunities for optimization across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and help implement innovative GenAI-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D teams, including senior engineering stakeholders, to understand current workflows and identify improvement areas with AI.
- Support the development and execution of Engineering Optimization initiatives using GenAI tools and methodologies.
- Conduct assessments of engineering processes and GenAI usage, and contribute to planning optimized implementation strategies.
- Take part in client-facing sessions to gather insights, present findings, and assist in solution implementation.
- Stay current with GenAI technologies and trends to continuously enhance solution offerings.
- Lead and manage GenAI Engineers in GenAI development projects
- Exposure to large language models (LLMs) and recent GenAI technologies.
Requirements
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or R&D roles, with exposure to engineering operations and team processes.
- Hands-on experience with optimizing development processes and improving team efficiency.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT and other Co-pilots) within the software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills and experience in collaborative, client-facing environments.
- Proactive, innovative mindset with a desire to improve and experiment with new approaches.
Preferred
- Background in consulting or working with multiple external stakeholders.
