We are looking for a GenAI Architect to work on a project in the healthcare industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a track record of building systems from scratch. This role requires someone who is comfortable making architectural decisions, enjoys solving complex challenges, and pays close attention to detail.
What you will do:
As a Generative AI Architect, you will take the lead in building, deploying, and hardening a next-generation AI platform. Acting as the hands-on technical lead embedded within a product squad, your mission will be to translate architectural vision into robust, scalable, and secure production systems. You’ll drive progress across three key areas:
1. Robust Agentic Architecture & Implementation
- Design and implement the multi-agent orchestration layer using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Build and integrate advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (agentic, graph-based, custom, etc.) pipelines, leveraging Azure AI Search alongside vector and graph databases.
- Optimize systems for low-latency and high-throughput execution in real-world use cases.
2.End-to-End LLMOps & Production Readiness
- Own the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for prompts, models, and evaluation logic.
- Establish automated observability practices using tools like OpenTelemetry, including monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Define and enforce SLOs, error budgets, and safe deployment/rollback mechanisms to ensure production stability and cost efficiency on Azure.
3. Security & Governance by Design
- Embed security and compliance at every stage of development:
- Implement least-privilege access, secrets management, and data classification controls.
- Generate audit-ready artifacts and ensure alignment with industry standards like SOC2 and ISO 27001.
What you will bring:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Python and backend development.
- Deep expertise with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, especially Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
- Proven experience in building and shipping RAG systems, LLM-powered pipelines, and agentic frameworks to production.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, cloud-native architecture, and AI infrastructure operations.
Nice to have:
- Other orchestration or agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.
- Working with compliance-heavy environments or regulated industries.
- Optimizing prompt engineering workflows, evaluation metrics, or fine-tuning models.
- Designing cost-aware architectures for high-volume AI use cases.
- Knowledge of graph data science.
