(Part-Time / Freelance – Based in Israel)
About the role
We’re looking for a junior engineer or student with real-world experience in business process automation and strong familiarity with Gen-AI tools. This role sits at the intersection of operations, AI, and automation, focused on analyzing internal workflows and building automations that drive measurable impact across functions like Operations, HR, finance, legal, Sales, Marketing and IT.
You’ll work on projects like process mapping, Gen-AI maturity assessments, HubSpot automation, and FinOps tracking, using tools like Zapier, Make, N8N, and support the exploration and implementation of agentic AI workflows, creating autonomous flows that combine LLMs with business logic, integrated tools, and task execution.
This is a mix of Operations, GenAI and Industrial Engineering Role helping bring GenAI capabilities into Enterprises and Startups customers.
Key responsibilities
● Analyze and document current business workflows across multiple departments
● Identify automation opportunities and build smart, secure workflows like Zapier/Make/N8N .
● Create, maintain and analyse Gen-AI maturity assessments
● Automate HubSpot tracking and connect CRM data with AI systems
● Build basic financial tracking dashboards and help manage FinOps processes
● Ensure solutions align with enterprise-level security, reliability, and usability
● Customer success management ensuring high satisfaction and growth
Ideal candidate
Industrial Engineering and Management student or graduate- a must
● Background in business process automation and Gen-AI toשols
● Skilled in process analysis, use-case mapping, and clear documentation
● Heavy user of LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, and other prompt-based tools
● Hands-on experience building automations in Zapier, Make, or N8N
● Familiar with tools like HubSpot and basic financial/ops tracking
● Self-learner at heart, keeps up with new GenAI tools, platforms, and use cases
● Clear communicator, organized thinker, strong sense of responsibility
● Based in Israel; available for up to 50% part-time (freelance or employment)
