Role Overview
The Gemini Marketing Program Manager is a highly operational role dedicated to scaling Gemini operations across the EMEA region through efficient Go-To-Market (GTM) coordination, AI-driven localisation, and student advocacy management. This role is critical for maintaining the breakdown of Owned & Operated (O&O) channels and ensuring regional teams remain focused on local strategic goals rather than operational load. The goal is two fold, support teams with Program Management and build processes using AI to automate those processes.



Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities1. Internal Communications & Reporting
  • [S&O] Leadership Updates: Coordinate internal communications, including cockpit reminders and recurring emails to leadership.
  • [S&O] Performance Tracking:  Manage and update the weekly progress tracker and support the drafting of Quarterly Marketing Review (QMR) documents.
  • [S&O] Ops: Operationalising AI, monthly budget updates/ commitments, weekly TPU tracker.
2. Localisation & Asset Management
  • [Product & Growth] O&O Localisation: Oversee the localisation of marketing assets for channels including emails, Home Promotion Pages (HPPs), and App Store Optimization (ASO) and landing pages, including coordination of reviews by local teams.
  • [Growth] Prompt Vetting: Validate that auto-submitted prompts trigger correct, high-quality model responses in local languages while monitoring for hallucinations.
  • [Product] End-to-End Delivery: Manage the delivery of localised assets, including coordination with agency vendors and quality assurance (QA) for product copy.
  • [x-team] Efficiency Pilots: Pilot AI-driven automation workflows to handle routine operational tasks and PMM follow-ups.

3. Approvals & Compliance (Capacity Permitting)
  • [Growth] Approvals Coordination: Drive the activation approval process across legal and marketing stakeholders to ensure brand and legal compliance.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with high attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Localisation Expertise: Familiarity with i18n/L10n workflows and the nuances of adapting content for diverse regional markets.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management and leadership reporting.
  • Adaptability: Passion for AI and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving product roadmaps.
