Role Summary:

As a Client Solutions Partner, you will be responsible for outreach and acquisition of GCC clients for Quantiphi. You will be approaching GCC decision makers, pitching Q proposition, crafting proposals, making proactive presentations, driving revenue growth by engaging, and closing new business opportunities with prospective/existing clients. You will leverage your industry knowledge, consultative selling skills, and a deep understanding of our AI, Data & Platform services portfolio. This is a challenging and rewarding role for an individual who is  passionate about the state-of-the-art technologies & trends in the market and their potential to revolutionize businesses.

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Individuals who can understand customer needs and craft solutions using Quantiphi capabilities across the product and services we offer.

  • Must have existing relationships in GCC clients in India

  • Must possess a strong sense of ownership and drive proposals in partnership with the Business unit leaders globally across India.

  • Has to collaborate with Q’s Global Account Managers for complete account handling

  • You should be able to draft a financial proposal and customer business case, and work collaboratively within the organization to craft technology solutions, pricing, conduct deal reviews and compliance checks.

  • You will also enable Portfolio leaders to expand business  and logo acquisitions and work with the marketing, inbound and outbound sales team to maintain an opportunity pipeline. You will be supporting the BU to ensure there are quarterly growth targets and funnels are maintained.

  • You should have an understanding of the market structures and how GCC customers operate and generate revenue in their respective markets.

  • At Quantiphi we are an AI first company, we expect the candidate to have a Technology background with good understanding of Data, AI and Cloud. You should be able to envision technology-led solutions and think out of the box to solve customers' requirements. 

  • We expect the candidate will be updated on the latest  market trends and digital transformation continuum in Banking & Cap Markets/Insurance and be consultative in engaging prospects.

  • You will maintain all the relevant collaterals and standard customer facing materials and also contribute to the ongoing marketing activities/events.

  • You will have the opportunity to build an organization and build a team as we continue to grow.

  • You will be required to travel to customer sites for maintaining and representing Quantiphi’s brand and establishing resilient partnerships.

  • Partners with Portfolio leaders to maintain sales forecasts, pipeline updates.

Skills/Requirements: 

  • Demonstrable experience of 15+ years in Direct Sales and Account Management roles with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Data/Analytics and AI specializing in Financial Services and Insurance

  • Direct experience selling to clients in India.

  • Knowledge of relevant industry like Banking, Insurance and Healthcare industry business models and regulatory landscape.

  • Demonstrable ability to professionally communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

  • Demonstrable experience in technical sales and solutions based on customer needs, especially in the areas of cloud, data, and artificial intelligence (must have).

  • Excellent listening, communication (written and verbal), and presentation abilities.

  • Experience forecasting and tracking sales lifecycle and metrics.

  • Ability to travel to client locations or industry events depending on the requirements (US and/or Canadian Visa a plus).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

  • Excellent organizational skills including maintenance of client selling activity in enterprise CRM systems.
