🗝️ What You’ll Do-
Welcome and check in guests with a warm, positive attitude

Brief players on game rules, safety, and storyline

Use Escapology’s M3 software to provide hints and clues during gameplay
-
Keep the atmosphere upbeat, engaging, and fun for guests and teammates
-
Upsell games, beverages, and merchandise to enhance the guest experience

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
-
Maintain a clean, organized environment following daily/weekly/monthly schedules
-
Ensure guest and staff safety at all times
-
Assist with general operational tasks as needed

Stay current on training and follow direction from the Head Game Master or management

Qualifications✅ What We’re Looking For-
Strong communication skills and a genuine love for interacting with people

Reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to work well within a team environment

Employment contingent upon successful Background Check and/or CORI Screening

Minimum age of 18 years old

Ability to stand for extended periods (6–8 hours) and move between rooms quickly

TiPS Certification (training provided if not currently certified)

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
-
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
