As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Game Economy Manager to design and optimize in-game economies, ensuring engaging progression, balanced rewards, and effective monetization strategies.
Your Role:
- Design and refine economic frameworks for in-game features, virtual currencies, and player progression.
- Analyze key KPIs, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize retention and monetization.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to align economic mechanics with game systems.
- Design and run A/B tests, simulations, and predictive models to refine feature balance and live operations.
- Background in economics and data analysis or science, preferably with experience in casual game economy.
- Advantage for experience in game economy design and feature monetization.
- An advantage for SQL proficiency; experience with Python libraries and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is also a plus.
- Strategic thinking with a product-data-driven mindset, understanding how the economy influences gameplay and KPIs.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to economic design decisions.
