Responsibilities

• Own the game’s product roadmap and feature priorities, from concept through live iteration.
• Act as the primary advocate for the game product, balancing player experience with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Analyze player behavior and feedback to drive data-informed decisions and rapid iteration.
• Ensure game balance, pacing, and long-term engagement through analytics, testing, and continuous tuning.
• Design and maintain gameplay systems that create strong flow states, engaging loops, and well-balanced risk/reward.
• Create and maintain clear design documentation (outlines, diagrams, visual mockups) to support high-quality implementation.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and artists to ship polished features and continuously improve the live product.

Requirements

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in product management or data-driven roles.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in data analysis and logical reasoning.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, evaluate information objectively, and consider multiple perspectives.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Genuine interest in games, with enthusiasm for playing and contributing to game creation.
