Game Design Trainee

Responsibilities:

Continuously collect and analyze player feedback, make system adjustments and optimizations based on data;

Work closely with the team to ensure that game design aligns with market trends and player expectations;

Able to work efficiently within a tense project cycle, ensuring timely achievement of development milestones.

Requirements:

Have game planning experience, those with successful online game project experience are preferred;

Have a deep understanding of large-scale multiplayer online games and mobile games, familiar with market trends;

Passionate about innovative fields, those with experience in AI or blockchain projects are preferred;

Have excellent data analysis capabilities and system thinking, prefer experience in game system design;

Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to maintain innovation and efficiency under pressure;

Love games, have rich game experience and a deep understanding of game design.
