About the role and about You:
Zwift is looking for a talented 3D artist to help build exciting avatar customization options and community experiences. We’re looking for candidates with a strong background in art fundamentals, asset creation, and development experience across mobile & PC platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and comfortable with a high level of autonomy.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with artists and engineers to create and implement a new library of player customization options
- Create models and textures that range from cycling and running jerseys to hard-surfaced road bikes and aero helmets
- Partner with Project managers and leads to ensure accurate scoping, scheduling, and on-time deliveries
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in game development as a 3D artist, with shipped titles on PC, console, or mobile
- Experience in hard surface modeling, and texturing assets using Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop, and Substance Designer/Painter
- A strong understanding of form, structure, and silhouette
- Self-motivated, with excellent communication skills, and a great team player, who is enthusiastic when working closely with artists and the game team
- Comfortable with ambiguity, a lightning-fast pace, and a high degree of ownership
- Finalists will be required to provide work samples and or complete an assignment
Bonus points:
- Experience working with a wide variety of game platforms
- Additional skill sets in illustration
- Technically proficient and able to quickly adapt and master new pipelines and toolsets
- Interest in creating fun cycling, running, and overall fitness experiences.

For All US Based Full-Time Positions:
The base salary for this position ranges between $56,500 to $88,500. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, Zwift is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package for all eligible employees which also includes performance bonuses, equity, and a full range of medical, financial, and other perks and benefits.
