Become an integral member of the Analog Devices Customer Quality Organization in EMEA to be the Quality Interface between our rapidly growing Customer base in EMEA and Analog Devices.

Your main tasks will be:

Customer Interaction

  • Technical discussion with customers on semiconductors and their applications (Fab processes, Assembly, Packages, Specification)
  • Support on joint qualification questions (incl. APQP, PPAP, PPA) for Customers and Sales Team
  • Negotiate Customer Agreements
  • Provide support and accompany Customer audit requests
  • Regular customer visits
  • Advocate for continuous improvement and Zero-Defect approach of related manufacturing and business processes

Failure Analysis

  • Customer Interface for Failure Analysis requests
  • Evaluate Customer return failure descriptions
  • Organize failure analysis initiations
  • Failure Analysis results discussion with Customers
  • Communication with product / failure analysis sites

Change Management

  • Work with the Customer on PCN, PDN and get approval on changes

Internal Activities

  • Keep track of case responses in order to meet Customers expected cycle times
  • Maintain Customer related quality statistics and score cards
  • Identify quality improvement opportunities for the Customer
  • Maintain return databases
  • Interfaces closely with Sales Teams and Business Units

Our expectations on you as our candidate are:

  • BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering / Microelectronics, 1 year experience in Quality or (Field) Applications
  • Languages:
    • Italian / German (B2) based on location and English as company-wide language
    • other European language helpful
  • Driving license
  • Willingness to travel on business
  • Teamwork mindset
  • Mindful communications
  • General Microsoft Office and web based applications
