Introduction: Design verification is a critical component of modern complex IC design. It ensures that all operating scenarios are simulated and behave as expected, thereby guaranteeing the reliability and functionality of the manufactured product. We are seeking a motivated intern to join our AMS design verification team and contribute to the development and validation of cutting-edge analog mixed-signal designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Behavioral Modeling: Create behavioural models of analog blocks to simulate their performance and interactions within the system.
  • Verification Plan Development: Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans that lists all design features to be simulated, ensuring thorough coverage of all scenarios.
  • Simulation Regressions: Run regressions of simulations to validate the design against expected behaviours and specifications.
  • Debugging: Identify and debug simulations that do not match the expected design behaviours, working closely with design engineers to resolve issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of verification processes, results, and any issues encountered.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, layout, and test engineers, to ensure seamless integration and verification of analog and mixed-signal designs.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of analog and mixed-signal design principles.
  • Familiarity with simulation tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Computer programming skills
