FW/R&D Project Manager

As our Project Manager for Firmware & R&D, you’ll drive the end-to-end development lifecycle of software projects — from idea to delivery. A decent understanding of our products, including their technical aspects, will be vital. You’ll keep the team focused, aligned, and unblocked while ensuring that great ideas turn into real features that make a difference.

• Manage projects across Firmware and R&D, maintaining development focus and momentum

• Track project status, timelines, open issues, and unresolved blockers

• Coordinate the firmware release lifecycle

• Maintain GitHub repository (keep issues clear, up to date, and relevant)

• Collaborate proactively with other teams (e.g. Trezor Suite, Hardware, and QA) to ensure smooth delivery

• Remove barriers to development and fill in missing information quickly

• Continuously improve and optimize our processes, and strive for a better self-organizing team

• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills

• Great time management and organizational skills

• You’re focused on improving workflows and incrementally building on success

• Proactive and adaptable: passive or slow-to-adapt approach = red flag for this role

• Team player — you partner with people, not manage them by mandate

• Hands-on project management experience, ideally in software or tech

• Ability to understand complex Trezor and crypto topics

• Basic IT and software development skills are a plus

• Open to learning new things, especially in the IT/crypto field

• Fluent English is a must; Czech is advantageous
