FutureFocus: Quants is an exclusive program designed to give students graduating in 2029 a unique, behind-the-scenes look at the world of quantitative trading and research. Over the course of five days, you’ll take part in technical lectures, skill-building workshops, and networking events that will help you sharpen your skills and take action early in your academic journey.
Whether you’re drawn to the fast-paced decisions of trading or the data-driven insights of research, this program offers you the chance to explore which career path is right for you. And if you prove to be a good fit, you could secure a fast-tracked internship offer, giving you the chance to skip the traditional recruitment process.

ELIGIBILITY
- Graduating in 2029;
- Studying at a university in the UK, Ireland, or Europe;
- All degree backgrounds are considered;
- You are able to demonstrate at the time of application that you have the requisite visa or other travel authorisations in place in order to allow you to attend the program in person.

Please note that this application process consists of two stages: an online assessment and an interview.
- For UK/Republic of Ireland participants, the online assessment will take place in December, with the interview in the following weeks.
- For EU participants, the timing of the online assessment depends on when you apply:
- If you apply on or before 31 December 2026, the online assessment will take place in January 2027.
- If you apply between 1 January and 1 February 2027, the online assessment will take place in February 2027.
