Job Summary:
The Fundraising Executive will be responsible for  developing and executing targeted fundraising strategies across schools, individual donors, corporates, and trusts, with a focus on the Student Action for Value Education (SAVE) program. This is a target-driven role involving field travel, donor relationship management, and event management to meet acquisition and retention goals, aligned with HelpAge India’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationship with school principals, corporates, and individual donors, securing new donations, renewals and upgrades.
  
• Contribute to fundraising strategies for diverse donor segments, with a special emphasis on the SAVE program in schools.
  
• Research and generate leads for corporate partnerships and local funding opportunities.
  
• Maintain and regularly update donor database for effective engagement and reporting.
  
• Promote digital fundraising platforms and engagement tools particularly within school networks.
  
• Plan and support the execution of donor visits and engagement activities, including schools events, quizzes. competitions and corporate meetings
  
• Collect donor feedback, analyze trends and prepare periodic reports to improve fundraising outcomes.
  
• Expand the donor network and collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
  

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a management diploma/degree.
  
• 1-3 years’ relevant work experience in fundraising., donor relations; sales/marketing
  
• Freshers with a passion for social impact and elderly care are encouraged to apply.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
  
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.
  
• Understanding of social marketing approaches and donor engagement strategies
