The Role

We're looking for a motivated, organized, and outgoing Fundraising Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you’ll play a vital part in organizing impactful fundraising events, building donor relationships, and advancing causes that matter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Awareness – Communicate the mission and impact of our nonprofit partners to the public and potential donors.

  • Cultivate Donor Relationships – Build lasting connections with supporters, community members, and sponsors.

  • Spot Opportunities – Identify and pursue new fundraising avenues to drive growth.

  • Campaign Support – Assist in planning and executing successful fundraising campaigns and donor engagement strategies.

  • Event Coordination – Help organize and oversee fundraising events and outreach activities.

  • Budget & Goal Tracking – Monitor campaign progress, manage budgets, and track event performance.

  • Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with major donors and community partners to ensure long-term satisfaction and support.
