Your Responsibilities
CRM & data management
- Support the maintenance and updating of stakeholder and partner information in the CRM / Salesforce system
- Assist with improving data quality
- Help maintain structured records of contacts, partnerships and donor engagement activities
- Support the development and maintenance of intelligence dashboards, shaping data into clear overviews of engagement, opportunities and deliverables that help shape fundraising strategy
- Support the preparation of reports or summaries based on CRM data
- Assist with compiling data for internal reporting or presentations
- Help organize and structure datasets used by the team
- Assist with documentation, meeting notes and internal coordination
- Provide support with event preparation, scheduling meetings and basic administrative tasks
- Conduct research tasks related to partners or stakeholders when needed
- Assist with maintaining stakeholder databases and contact lists
What You Bring
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, information management, economics, international development, or similar
- Interest in data management, CRM systems, or data-driven decision making
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and spoken English
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with CRM systems, databases or spreadsheets
- Interest in sustainability or international development
- Basic experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
