iCapital is seeking a talented and highly motivated professional with an established track record of project management and strategy leadership to join the Direct Fund Solutions team. iCapital’s Direct Fund Solutions team is tasked with working internally and externally to identify, validate, implement and commercialize iCapital solutions for products where iCapital does not serve as the general partner, investment advisor or similar role. The emphasis of the team is to connect go-to-market strategy, product functionality and operations to create fulsome solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities- Work with internal stakeholders across multiple teams to drive and execute high impact initiatives within the team’s remit.
- Conduct market research on new investment product innovation and contribute to development of iCapital solutions.
- Partner with Product on roadmap development in support of direct fund business, including gathering client feedback, developing timelines, prioritization and functionality testing.
- Collaborate with a variety of internal teams to operationalize new initiatives and product functionality rollout, including Implementation, Platform Operations, Fund Origination, Investor Relations and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials and other sales enablement materials in support of go-to-market execution of initiatives.
- Train, enable and support business development and relationship management teams on key initiatives, partner with teams on client engagement as subject matter experts.
- Work with Corporate Finance team to build pricing models for new solutions; create business health dashboards to monitor trends in direct fund business.
- 5+ years of experience in product strategy or project management, preferably within fintech, wealth management, or related industries
- Familiar with alternative investment products across private and registered fund structures
- Demonstrated ability to help create and drive implementation of repeatable processes in support of turning high impact projects into ongoing business operations
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of solving complex, unfamiliar problems through innovative solutions
- A customer-centric approach, with experience engaging directly with clients to gather insights and feedback
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to independently project manage multiple priorities simultaneously across cross functional teams
- Able to conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and assess feasibility for new product types
- Technical acumen, comfortable working closely with the technology teams to solve problems and complete projects
- Able to work collaboratively in a results-driven, entrepreneurial environment and desire to grow and take on increasing responsibilities within a rapidly expanding company
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $180,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
