Job Summary:
The role for oversees outsourced service providers to ensure that fund operations support both business and regulatory requirements, while maintaining appropriate operational controls and delivering timely reporting. The role acts as the operational owner for Taiwan onshore funds, including ETFs, overseeing outsourced providers, regulatory reporting, NAV validation, risk controls, and audit support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fund Validation and Reporting

Review the daily reasonableness of NAVs and oversee their accurate, and timely dissemination for onshore funds and ETFs.
- support distribution operations to ensure their correct execution by outsourced service providers.
- Provide back-up support for fund and ETF trade settlement instructions.
- Investigate, coordinate and resolve transaction-related issues raised by investors, distributors and institutional clients.

Participate in the Validating the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of operational data and reports produced by outsourced service providers.

Ensure that internal and external operational reports are delivered accurately and within the required timeline.
2. Vendor Oversight & Performance Management

Support oversight of custodians and service providers, assist with management of those relationships and monitor their performance to ensure appropriate controls are maintained in line with internal policies and agreed Service Level Agreements.

Identify issues, discuss propose solutions and support continuous improvement.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business functions and external counterparties.
3. Audit & Regulatory Reporting

Support audits of onshore funds and ETFs.

Review distribution statements and financial statements.

Support FSC on-site regulatory audits.

Coordinate SITCA, TWSE and MOPs regulatory reporting.

Support regulatory surveys and oversee prospectus-related activities.

Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data to internal and external stakeholders.

Support tax reporting for onshore funds and ETFs.
4. Project Support

Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by Line management.

Qualifications
- Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professional or Senior Securities Specialist qualification.
- Experience in onshore fund operations.
- Strong knowledge of ETFs is preferred.
- Previous experience in Fund operations or a related SITE industry role.
