Your team 

As a Fund Controller Originate to Manage you will join the Data & Reporting of NIBC’s Retail department. Within the team, with a mix of experience and backgrounds, we strive for an informal, collegial atmosphere where respect, appreciation and positivity are core values. The team provides an open, positive, and challenging environment with a broad range of activities and projects. The team is responsible for the investor reporting and investor services as well as having a leading role in data management for mortgages and savings.

What do you bring? 

  • Have good Dutch and English communication skills;
  • Enjoy working with numbers, spreadsheet and data analyses tools (Excel, Python, Business Objects, Power BI, SQL);
  • Eager to learn, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with an eye for detail;
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities, timelines and demands;
  • Are a flexible team player who can manage ad hoc requests and tight deadlines;
  • Want to automate as much as possible;
  • Have a bachelor or Master Degree (preferably in a field that required working with numbers and data);
  • Have analytical, problem solving and team player competencies;
  • Like taking initiative, are not afraid to ask questions, and want to develop yourself.

It would be nice if you … 

  • Have experience with finance and control reporting processes;
  • Have knowledge and experience in the field of asset management and in specific mortgage securitizations (Originate to Manage / Originate to Distribute);
  • Have knowledge of the Dutch retail mortgages market.
