As a Functional Support you will be the go-to expert for users of banking applications. You’ll provide functional and technical support, manage incidents and requests, and ensure smooth coordination across support teams and stakeholders.
Location: Porto
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver fast, effective support to users across multiple banking platforms.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and production teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain and grow a knowledge base of recurring issues and solutions.
- Create control points and ad hoc reports to ensure process efficiency.
- Continuously improve support processes and user experience.
Profile:
- + 1 year of experience in Transaction Processing, Banking Operations or related field.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of financial markets and transaction processing.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with ITIL practices.
- Knowledge of Ansible (plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A client-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in PORTO per week)
