Job description
- Development and design of safety-critical systems according to ISO26262 specifications
- Analysis and evaluation of special customer-relevant safety requirements
- Development of product concepts from a functional safety perspective
- Preparation of hazard analyses and risk assessments (HARA) as well as documentation of the resulting safety objectives in coordination with the customer/OEM
- Development of functional and technical safety concepts
- Execution of functional safety assessments and audits
Your qualification
- Completed technical university education in the fields of electronics / electrical engineering / mechatronics
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in the field of functional safety in the automotive area.
- Very good knowledge of standard ISO 26262.
- Good technical knowledge of electric drive systems and electric motors
- Functional understanding of complex systems consisting of mechanics, electronics, electric motor and software
- Knowledge of standard Automotive SPICE (ISO 15504)
- Structured, accurate, self-reliant and proactive way of working.
- High quality awareness.
- Willingness for continuous training in the automotive field as well as in functional safety topics
