The FMIS Functional Application Manager FMIS reports to the Domain manager Applications within the Data & Application team of Corporate Real Estate. This role will form the bridge between Facility & Maintenance Applications (Planon, SAP AMS & Meridian) and the (end) users.
You will work closely together with the product owner and key users in your domain and translate business demand to user stories and data needs. You will be the linking pin in issue & release management and stay in contact with IT and our suppliers, as well as our business partners.
Role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible for functional application management, including authorizations, user story creation, testing and training. In more detail, you will be responsible for/to:
Coordinate user access and mass loads.
Assist the CRE ART in the creation of user stories.
Test changes and coordinate releases.
Develop training materials, such as manuals, handouts, online resources, and instructional videos, to support the training programs.
Deliver training programs to new and existing employees, either through in-person or virtual training sessions, workshops, or other formats.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Education in application/information management.
1-3 years of Experience in functional application management.
