**This position is eligible for maximum telework (>50%) for applicants residing in the National Capital Region (DC, MD, VA).**

Duties: Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross- functional requirements. Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years work experience or equivalent experience

• Candidates should have experience in the following fields:
  • 2 years experience supporting IT projects.
• Must be familiar with Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, MS TEAMS
• Must have Outstanding technical writing and communication skills
• Able to thrive in an environment that works on many different tasks and projects simultaneously
• Must be able to conduct analyses, measure various areas of performance, and develop process improvement initiatives
• Must be able to assist in reviewing or creating documentation pertaining to system requirement
• Understand the Software Development Lifecycle
• Must offer ways to improve the client's processes and procedures as well as evaluate their needs and objectives
• Offer guidance as to the best solutions to accomplish outcomes
• Perform research and provide recommendations
• Document Lessons Learned after each release
• Must host meeting and technical discussion
• Able to learn the client's legacy systems and document technical requirement

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Experience & Skills :

• Experience supporting IT projects in a hybrid/remote working environment
• Possess advanced skills in MS Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, (MS Project is is a plus)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $62260 - $105820
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
