We're looking for an experienced Functional Analyst with strong analytical skills and the ability to transform business requirements into functional solutions.

Your Profile:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or in similar roles
- Experience gathering, documenting and validating functional requirements
- Experience producing functional specifications, user stories and process documentation
- Knowledge of business process modelling using BPMN, UML or similar methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycles
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar documentation tools
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and functional analysis is valued
- Experience supporting functional, integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, developers and QA teams
- Fluency in English

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related
- Previous experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or related areas
- Ability to understand and document business and functional requirements
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
- Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform queries to extract and analyze data
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
