We are looking for our next Functional Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related;
- Previous experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or related areas;
- Ability to understand and document business and functional requirements;
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum);
- Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project);
- Experience with business process analysis and modeling;
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform queries to extract and analyze data;
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms;
- Ability to translate technical requirements into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders;
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately;
- Knowledge of analysis and documentation tools such as UML, BPMN, or other process modeling tools;
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar;
- Specific industry knowledge relevant to the company's sector (finance, healthcare, telecommunications, etc.) is highly valued;
- Fluent in English.
