We're looking for an experienced Technical Functional Analyst with strong analytical skills and a solid technical background to bridge business requirements and software development.

Your Profile:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields
- Proven experience as a Technical Functional Analyst or in similar roles
- Experience gathering, analysing and documenting both functional and technical requirements
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP) and service-oriented architectures
- Experience with SQL and relational databases for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML and CSV
- Experience working with system integration projects and distributed application environments
- Ability to collaborate closely with software development, QA and infrastructure teams
- Experience producing functional and technical documentation using Jira, Confluence or similar tools
- Experience supporting functional, integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Enterprise Integration, ERP or CRM platforms is valued
- Previous programming experience or knowledge of scripting languages is a plus
- Fluency in English
