Right now,
we are looking for a Functional Analyst to integrate our
internal team, based in Lisbon.
Your
responsibilities include:
- Gather,
analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements from business
stakeholders ;
- Perform
functional analysis and design of applications, ensuring alignment with
business objectives ;
- Produce
clear and detailed functional documentation ;
- Act as the
main liaison between business areas and technical teams ;
- Lead and
support project teams, promoting collaboration and best practices ;
- Follow the
full application lifecycle, from conception to implementation and ongoing
support ;
- Actively
participate in Agile/SCRUM projects.
You Must
Have:
- Minimum of 5
years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role ;
- Proven
experience in requirements gathering and functional design of applications;
- Experience
in the Banking sector (mandatory) ;
- Demonstrated
ability to lead teams and coordinate activities;
- SCRUM
Certification ;
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills ;
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
