We are looking for a Fullstack engineer (backend-oriented) to join the IVIX team and help build and maintain data-intensive web applications across a polyglot monorepo (React/TypeScript frontend, Python/FastAPI and NestJS backends, and a MongoDB/Elasticsearch/Neo4j data layer), deployed both on-premises and as a SaaS offering on Kubernetes.

About the postion- End-to-end development of features and systems used daily by key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Evolve our engineering and architecture to support the ever-growing scale of users, features, and data.
- Work closely with Product & Design, while having full ownership of features from, planning and technical design to post-deployment
- Implement solutions to complex problems in large amounts of data and scale.
- Write and maintain tests across the stack
- Contribute to shared libraries and infrastructure
Tech Stack
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, TanStack Query
- Backend: Python (FastAPI), Node.js (NestJS), MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Neo4j, Kafka
- Data Orchestration: Apache Airflow
- Infra: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub Actions, on-prem + SaaS deployment
- At least 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
- Deep knowledge of React, Node.js, and TypeScript
- 3+ years with Python backend development (FastAPI or similar async frameworks)
- Solid understanding of SQL, MongoDB and data modeling
- Experience with REST API design
- BSc. in CS, engineering, or equivalent - an advantage
- Self-learner, can-do solid attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in high-scale systems
