We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer (AI-Native) who doesn’t just write code, but actually shapes how AI-powered automation works in production. You’ll own parts of the backend, build AI-assisted features, and make sure things scale smoothly—no endless meetings, no “best practice” buzzwords unless they actually make sense.
Must-have:Strong experience in Ruby on Rails in production environments
Knowledge of React Native and TypeScript/JavaScript
Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS
Ability to build scalable, reliable systems
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and validating AI-generated code
Experience building high-performance microservices in Rust, C++, or Node.js
Salesforce integration experience
Passion for AI-native products and workflow automation
