The Role
We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience across both frontend and backend technologies to design, develop, and maintain dynamic web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of modern development practices, is comfortable working with cloud environments (AWS), and is skilled in creating seamless user experiences and robust backend systems. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy responsive web and mobile applications.
- Develop APIs and backend services with .NET (C#) or Python.
- Create user-friendly frontends using JavaScript frameworks (React, React Native).
- Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on UI/UX, accessibility, and performance.
- Work with SQL databases (Postgres, MSSQL, Snowflake); build queries, reports, and data components (SSIS/SSRS).
- Use DevOps tools (Terraform, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Visual Studio) to support infrastructure and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and optimize applications, servers, and databases.
- Leverage cloud technologies (AWS) for scalable solutions.
- Contribute to proofs-of-concept, wireframes, and prototypes for new features.
- Support and enhance enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Workday, ARGO, ServiceNow).
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience developing component-based web, mobile, or desktop applications.
- Proficient in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS (with preprocessors), JavaScript, Node.js, React, and React Native.
- Strong backend development skills with .NET (C#), Python, and VB.NET.
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases (Postgres, MSSQL, Snowflake) and reporting tools (SSIS/SSRS).
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Comfortable using development tools: Visual Studio, GitHub, Jira, Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Exposure to enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Workday, ARGO, ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Understanding of user-centered design, performance, and usability best practices.
