We are seeking a skilled and passionate Fullstack Engineer (Kotlin/Vue) to join our growing tech team in Casablanca. In this role, you will contribute to the development and evolution of our digital platforms, working across backend and frontend components in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
You will be responsible for building robust and scalable services with Kotlin, developing modern user interfaces with Vue, and collaborating closely with Product, Backend, Frontend, and Data/AI teams. You will leverage modern engineering practices to deliver secure, maintainable, and production-ready solutions.
This position requires strong communication skills, high proficiency in written and spoken English, solid experience in fullstack development, and a good understanding of production-grade environments. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager (AI/Ops).

- Develop and maintain fullstack applications using Kotlin and Vue
- Design, build, and maintain APIs and backend services
- Build modern, responsive, and maintainable frontend components

Profile & Skills
Must-Have
- 4+ years of experience in a production-grade fullstack environment
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proven experience with Kotlin backend development
- Experience with Vue.js and modern frontend development
- Experience designing and maintaining REST APIs or equivalent backend services
- Experience with relational databases and/or MongoDB
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and containerized deployment
- Experience working with cloud services, preferably Azure
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to Have
- German language skills
- Experience with Spring Boot, Ktor, or similar Kotlin backend frameworks
- Experience in reactive programming
- Experience with Angular or React
- Experience with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Experience with message queues, Redis, or event-driven architectures
