Requirements:- Have a solid grasp of Software Engineering fundamentals (OOP, OOD, Data Structures and Algorithms, and Design Patterns)
- Solid backend fundamentals knowledge (with the capability to do frontend work when needed).
- Understanding of system design (API best practices, microservices architecture, reliability, scalability, and maintainability concepts), which usually comes from past experience.
- Familiarity with gRPC, GraphQL, or other modern API patterns
- Exposure to Cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure (especially Cloud Functions or serverless stacks)
- Experience working on ML/AI infra.
- A product-focused mindset: you care about shipping and solving problems, not just clean architecture.
