We are looking for a Full-stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development using Python. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, high-performance web systems, with deep expertise in API design, cloud infrastructure, database architecture, and modern security practices. While frontend experience with ReactJS (or similar frameworks) is required, the focus of this role is on backend engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Working on Web and Mobile products for a diverse range of clients and industries.
- Working and pair programming with other developers to build applications with Python and ReactJS.
- Designing & implementing back-end API using Python
- Working with the Product Owner to convert business requirements into technical designs.
- Cooperating with the UI Designer to implement modern minimalist designs into production.
- Applying proven technologies and best practices to level up your technical skills: NestJS, Redux
- Learning new languages and frameworks to improve yourself and stay current in an ever-changing environment.
Requirements
Must have
- 4+ years of experience in backend development using Python
- 2+ years of experience in frontend development using ReactJS or similar frameworks (Vue, Svelte, Angular)
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, scalable web architecture, and deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Hands-on experience with Python for backend development; experience integrating AI/ML solutions into web applications is a strong plus.
- Strong working knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB ...)
- Familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and code refactoring
- Familiar with event-driven tech and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ...)
- Experienced with micro services and data-intensive applications
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to have
- Experience with NodeJS
- Experience with serverless architecture, e.g., AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Function, etc.
- Experience with data security, performance, and scalability.
- Experience integrating LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) into production applications.
