ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Fullstack AWS Cloud Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain modern cloud-native applications that power scalable and secure digital solutions for enterprise customers. You will work across the full technology stack, combining backend, frontend, and AWS cloud expertise to build high-performance applications that are deployed globally.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Software Architects, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable, production-ready cloud solutions. You will play a key role in designing cloud architectures, implementing serverless applications, and delivering secure, maintainable software using modern development practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using modern cloud-native architectures.

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using AWS serverless technologies.

• Develop and deploy cloud infrastructure using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.

• Design and implement solutions utilizing AWS services including:

  • AWS Lambda

  • Amazon API Gateway

  • Amazon DynamoDB

  • Amazon Cognito

• Develop secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth and modern identity management practices.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate cloud services with frontend applications.

• Develop responsive, maintainable frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and tooling where required.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Software Architects, and DevOps Engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain cloud applications in production environments.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices, clean code principles, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support CI/CD processes and cloud deployment automation.

• Stay up to date with emerging AWS services, cloud-native technologies, and software engineering best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of professional experience developing customer-facing, enterprise-scale cloud applications.

• Strong experience developing fullstack applications in cloud environments.

• Hands-on expertise with AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK).

• Strong practical experience with AWS services, including:

  • AWS Lambda

  • Amazon API Gateway

  • Amazon DynamoDB

  • Amazon Cognito

• Experience designing and implementing cloud-native, serverless architectures.

• Strong knowledge of secure authentication and authorization concepts, including OAuth.

• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.

• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and cloud deployment automation.

• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices including version control, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in agile development teams.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
