Full Stack Web Developer (all genders)
Location: Frankfurt am Main
We are seeking a Senior Web Developer who will take ownership of building and optimizing modern, scalable, and user-centric web applications. The role focuses on advanced front-end development while also covering back-end integration (Node.js) to deliver full end-to-end solutions.
What You´ll Do:
- Lead development of responsive, high-performance web applications using React/Next.js and TypeScript.
- Work closely with UX/UI Designers to implement user-centered interfaces with precision.
- Develop and integrate APIs with back-end services (Node.js, Express/Nest.js).
- Ensure performance, accessibility, and SEO optimization across all platforms.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers in agile teams.
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices.
- Stay ahead of web trends (frameworks, tooling, performance techniques) and bring innovation into the team.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of professional web development experience.
- Expert in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (Next.js preferred), and modern state management.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with Node.js (Express/Nest.js) and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
- Understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, and containerization is a plus (can be learned on the job).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in agile, cross-functional environments.
