* Push the boundaries of AI-assisted development. Go beyond using tools like Cursor and Claude Code. Experiment with AI agents, automate development workflows, and discover better ways to build, test, and ship software.
* Solve real engineering challenges. Work on architecture, scalability, and reliability in a product where financial accuracy matters.
* Take ownership. Make technical decisions, challenge existing approaches, and directly influence how our product evolves.
