The Sponsor's office supports analysts with a broad array of technical skills and subject matter expertise. Development activities will implement solutions to lower barriers to entry for analysis of complex and high volumes of information. The Sponsor requires support specializing in software engineering to provide technical support to ongoing operations.
Skills:
- Using MySQL, MongoDB, RDS, or Elasticsearch for storing/analyzing data
- Creating web applications using front-end frameworks, like Vue or Angular
- Using Python for data analysis and web application development
- Programming in Java
- Using Tomcat, Apache, and Express web servers
- Using AWS to develop applications
- Experience with high-volume datasets
- Desired: Full-stack development on secure environments
- Desired: Elasticsearch and Kibana
- Desired: Testing and using AWS on a secure environment
- Desired: Developing usage and user metrics of web applications
- Desired: Creating web applications using CSS packages, including Material UI and Bootstrap
- Desired: Creating web applications using JavaScript, jQuery or ES6
- Desired: Experience with big data, focusing on resolving entities from massive amounts of disparate data
