Special Projects is a team dedicated to building 0-1 products that redefine the future of search. Our mandate is to iterate fast, deliver high quality experiences, and reinvent the role of AI in search, social media, and personal computing.By joining the Special Projects team, you will be given extreme ownership to deliver new consumer experiences and transform how people search the web and find answers. You will be expected to own projects end to end, to ship fast, and work through obstacles.We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our team to help reinvent the future of search and AI assistants. Our current stack is Python, Docker, Kubernetes, NextJS, and React. In this role, you'll work on various projects that combine bleeding edge AI, consumer apps, and multi-modal capabilities (text, voice, image, video).Responsibilities

Extreme ownership in delivering high quality customer experiences
Building new 0-1 products with high scale
Working closely with Special Projects, AI, and Data to ship novel products and capabilities to millions of users
Launching new features, experiments, campaigns, and partnerships with massive consumer companies in a fast-moving environment
Collect and analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvements, optimizations, and new ways people are interacting with AI
Building delightful and data-proven user journeys for all types of consumer demographics

Qualifications

Experience with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, NextJS, and React
Familiarity with building with developer APIs and running through works in ambiguity
Self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
Good quantitative understanding of data and experimentation
Experience running A/B tests with experimentations platforms (Eppo, StatSig)
A passion for shipping quality products
3+ years of industry experience
(Not required but ideal) previously founded and scaled a startup

The cash compensation range for this role is $180,000 - $240,000.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.
