Job Description

We are looking for a Professional Full Stack Developer (m/w/d) of 3 years + experience. The position is available immediately and can be accomplished remotely, working with a team that is mainly based around the historic and beautiful town of Winchester, UK.  

Your mission

• In your role as a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for frontend development of web and mobile Wealth Management platforms including JavaScript & Type Script coding and HTML/CSS
• Work with our Architecture team to develop a strategy to move our front-end architecture forward 
• Implement innovative features by extending existing and new product modules
• Improve code quality through the use of modern frameworks, unit tests and development tools
• The role will involve 70% development and 30% maintenance, working on ongoing projects and new business

Qualifications

Your background

• University degree in information technology or an equivalent qualification    
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the development of business applications 
• Proactive team player with good communication skills, persistent, analytical, customer and results oriented   

Essential

• C# and .NET
• Web APIs / REST
• JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
• React
• Database - Some level of experience

Desirable (These are utilised by the team, but can be picked up on the job)

• .NET 8 & above
• ASP.NET MVC
• Typescript
• MS SQL Server / T-SQL
• MS Entity Framework, Dapper, or other ORM experience
• Azure DevOps, Git
• Jest and React Testing Library
• Redux, TanStack Query
• Kubernetes, Docker and Helm
• Working in an agile SCRUM environment
• Good understanding of Software Security such as SSL/HTTPS, OAuth, JWT, encryption/decryption
• Knowledge of system integration, network topologies & performance testing/optimizations
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
• Bootstrap, Knockout JS, Sass
• AWS or Azure hosting
• Cloud based development
• Database modelling & SQL & data modulization
• Liquibase
• PostgreSQL
