Things you will do:
As a Senior Software Engineer at SeekWell, you'll develop our order management system that enables our customer support center to place, edit, and manage orders for The Framery, our glasses business. Your work will directly impact how effectively we serve customers by building tools that support exceptional service.
You'll be responsible for both our REST API and internal Angular website. You will craft solutions, write tests, and collaborate with QA to release to production.
The experience we're looking for:
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5-12 years of professional experience in C# and T-SQL
- 2-4 years of professional experience in frontend web frameworks, such as Vue and Angular
- Problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps Services, AWS, containerization, and experience with automated testing frameworks is valuable (but not required)
- Experience mentoring and supporting the growth of other developers
- Background in fulfillment systems and 3rd party integrations is a plus
Your day-to-day:
- Develop and maintain platform services and our internal website using C# and Angular
- Create integrations with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Write comprehensive tests to ensure quality and reliability
- Manage CI/CD pipeline workflows
- Build and review pull requests with attention to detail
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
- Troubleshoot customer order issues to improve processes
What you’ll bring:
- B.S. degree or equivalent engineering experience (5+ years)
- 5+ years of professional experience with C#
- 2+ years of professional experience with Angular
- Growth mindset with willingness to learn new skills and systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience troubleshooting production systems
Work Environment
- Full-time position in a flexible, hybrid work environment, combining remote work with in-office collaboration at our Draper, UT office.
- Expected to be in-office at least one day per week, with an increased presence of three days per week during onboarding.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including off-hours, weekends, and holidays, to support our 24/7 production systems.
- Work in a collaborative workspace designed to accommodate various working styles and foster teamwork.
