Key Responsibilities
1. Full Stack Application Development
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.
- Build responsive, scalable, and accessible user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Develop robust backend services using technologies such as .NET/C# and Node.js.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
- Apply object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
- Modernize legacy applications and integrate them with cloud-based platforms.
- Participate in architectural reviews, technical design sessions, and code reviews.
- Actively utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate application development, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and testing.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools, including:
- GitHub Copilot: AI-assisted coding, code generation, refactoring, and unit test creation.
- ChatGPT / OpenAI: Technical problem-solving, code optimization, API integration, and development productivity.
- Claude: Code analysis, technical documentation, and development assistance.
- Cursor / Windsurf: AI-native development environments and agent-assisted coding.
- Microsoft Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI: Enterprise AI application development and integration.
- Evaluate and implement AI-based development workflows to improve engineering efficiency and software quality.
- Develop AI-enabled application features using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise knowledge integration.
- Understand AI agent frameworks, function calling, vector databases, and AI orchestration patterns.
- Ensure AI-generated code meets organizational security, compliance, performance, and quality standards.
- Follow responsible AI practices, including protecting confidential information, validating AI-generated outputs, and securely handling enterprise data.
- Design and develop integrations across enterprise platforms, SaaS applications, and internal systems.
- Build secure APIs and integration services using REST, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Integrate with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other business applications, as applicable.
- Develop automated workflows and integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Power Automate, or comparable technologies.
