Front-End Leaning Full-Stack Engineer

We are currently looking for a front-end leaning full-stack engineer to join a growing delivery team working on a high-impact loyalty and promotions platform for a major enterprise client.
This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, scalable platforms, and commercial outcomes, and offers the chance to contribute to a programme with real visibility and momentum.
You will join a cross-functional product team delivering and evolving promotional capabilities within a digital loyalty ecosystem.
While the role has a strong front-end focus, you’ll work closely with backend services and APIs and be comfortable contributing across the stack where needed.
This is an opportunity to:
Build user-facing features used at scale
Contribute to evolving promotion mechanics and customer incentives
Influence technical decisions and implementation approaches
Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery leadership
Help shape a platform that is still evolving, not just maintaining what already exists
Required Experience:
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

Key responsibilities & duties include:
Developing front-end features using modern JavaScript and React
Integrating with backend services via REST APIs
Collaborating with backend engineers to shape end-to-end solutions
Contributing to code quality, performance, and maintainability
Participating in agile ceremonies and technical discussions
Bringing ideas, not just code, and constructively challenging where appropriate
