Full Stack Software Developer

You’ll be working with the Charging Network Product team.

This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to build products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station), which together unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

As part of our Charging Network Product team, you’ll work on the software that powers the world’s fastest EV charger and build the foundation of India’s best charging network. Your work will directly shape not just the system’s intelligence, but also how our customers interact with the charger at the point of use.

You’ll:

• Develop software for different variants of chargers, building the “brain” that powers seamless charging experiences.
• Build applications for our Android-based edge devices embedded in chargers, including the customer-facing display screens that guide drivers through their charging journey.
• Implement UI components and backend logic on the edge using Java/Kotlin (Android) and Rust.
• Contribute to cloud backend systems ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance across the charging network.
• Build and enhance frontend and mobile applications using React and React Native.
• Collaborate with hardware, product, and operations teams to deliver solutions that connect the charger, the cloud, and the customer.
• Ensure software is robust, secure, and production-ready — because every second at the charger counts.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Experience with React or React Native for frontend/mobile development.
• Experience in backend development in any modern programming language (e.g., Java, Rust, Python, Go, Node.js, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Java/Kotlin (Android) for application development.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
