Summary
We are
looking for an experienced Full Stack Python Developer with 7+ years of
hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python backend development,
React/Next.js frontend development, and PostgreSQL.
The
candidate will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to
develop robust applications, APIs, and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring
scalability, performance, and code quality.
Key
Responsibilities
- Design, develop,
and maintain scalable and reliable web applications.
- Develop robust
backend services and REST APIs using Python.
- Build responsive
and user-friendly web interfaces using React and/or Next.js.
- Design, develop,
optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
- Collaborate with
product, UI/UX, and engineering teams to understand requirements and
deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean,
maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot
application issues and identify root causes.
- Optimize
application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in
code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Follow Agile
development practices and actively participate in sprint planning,
stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to
technical discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex
problems.
Required
Skills
- 7+ years of
strong hands-on experience in software development, with significant
experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong expertise
in Python backend development.
- Good hands-on
experience with React and/or Next.js.
- Strong knowledge
of PostgreSQL and relational database concepts.
- Good
understanding of REST APIs, web application architecture, and backend
services.
- Experience in
designing and developing scalable applications.
- Strong
understanding of software development best practices, coding standards,
and testing.
- Experience
working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong debugging,
analytical, and problem-solving skills.
