Full Stack Python Developer (Cloud, IoT, Blockchain & Agile Expertise)

Job Summary:
Synechron seeks an experienced Python Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions across multiple technology platforms including cloud, IoT, mobile, and blockchain. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative features that meet business needs while ensuring high quality, maintainability, and efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to work at the forefront of emerging technologies, contributing to strategic technical advancements within the organization.

Software Requirements:

• Required:
  • Proficiency in Python (latest stable version) for backend and scripting
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) for front-end development
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong understanding of Git, JIRA, and Confluence for version control and collaboration
• Preferred:
  • Knowledge of blockchain frameworks, IoT protocols, or mobile development tools
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Overall Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications and APIs using Python and JavaScript frameworks.
• Write clear, maintainable, and scalable code, conducting thorough code reviews to uphold quality standards.
• Stay abreast of evolving technologies and propose their integration to improve system performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, providing mentorship and support to team members.
• Work with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and alignment with quality criteria.

• Programming Languages:

• Databases/Data Management:
  • Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases
• Cloud Technologies:
  • AWS, Azure, GCP (cloud deployment, serverless architecture, and storage services)
• Frameworks and Libraries:
  • Front-end: React, Angular, Vue.js (preferred)
  • Back-end: Django, Flask, FastAPI

• Development Tools and Methodologies:

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience emphasizing Python-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience working on cloud integrations, IoT, blockchain, or mobile platforms is highly desirable.
• Proven record of delivering scalable applications in agile environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and participating in peer code reviews.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions.
• Design, develop, and deploy web applications and microservices.
• Collaborate with team members to refine requirements and implement solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and automated testing to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting development or production environments.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into current projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Python, cloud platforms, or full-stack development (preferred).
• Participation in ongoing professional development and training.
