Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this contract-to-hire role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications, utilizing your expertise in .NET Core, Angular 12+, Azure Cloud, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of full-stack development, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating innovative solutions.
This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite presence at one of our office location in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications with a focus on both front-end and back-end development.
- Work with a variety of technologies, including .NET Core, Angular 12+, and Azure Cloud to build scalable and high-performing applications.
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for relational databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliver high-quality code, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Support and troubleshoot production issues as necessary.
- Utilize Power Platform (particularly Power Automate) to enhance solutions when applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer, with hands-on expertise in .NET Core and Angular 12+.
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud services and deploying cloud-based applications.
- Advanced SQL skills for database management, optimization, and querying.
- Excellent understanding of web development principles, security, and performance optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work setting.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Power Platform, specifically Power Automate, to streamline workflows and business processes.
- Experience with Python is a huge plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
