Full Stack MERN Developer (React, Node.js, MongoDB)

We are located in Pune, India, and serve software product companies across the globe; focusing on enterprise SaaS, eCommerce, cloud, and application development.

We're hiring for one of our client who’s building a modern telehealth platform that helps patients connect with licensed physicians and access treatment from anywhere. We are looking for a technically strong Full Stack Developer to help us scale our platform and deliver secure, seamless healthcare experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain full stack features using React, Node.js, MongoDB, and SQL
• Design and consume REST and SOAP APIs using JSON, XML, etc.
• Work with both relational and NoSQL databases to ensure performance and integrity
• Troubleshoot bugs, improve performance, and contribute to technical decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineers in a remote environment

• 5+ years experience in full stack development
• Proficient in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, MongoDB, and SQL
• Experience building and integrating APIs (REST)
• Strong understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, responsive design)
• Familiar with version control (Git), code reviews, and CI/CD workflows
• Comfortable debugging issues across the stack and optimizing performance
• Security-minded; aware of web vulnerabilities and best practices
• Excellent communication in a remote, agile team
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to a landscape that changes frequently
• Nice to have
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, or secure data handling
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) or containerization (Docker)
  • Exposure to Next.js or state management libraries (Redux, etc.)
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS
