We’re looking for a Full Stack Laravel + Inertia Developer with a focus on clean, maintainable code and a strong eye for modern UI/UX. You’ll work across the stack using Laravel 12+, Inertia.js (v2+), React, and Tailwind CSS 4+, building high-quality interfaces and robust backend APIs. While this role spans full stack, we’re especially interested in developers who take pride in delivering polished frontend experiences that feel fast, intuitive, and accessible.
You’ll collaborate with a small, senior team shipping production code, contributing to architecture decisions, and owning features from concept to deployment.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with Laravel (v10+; ideally v12+)
- 2+ years with Inertia.js (v2+), using the React adapter
- Strong command of modern React, including hooks and component composition patterns
- Expertise in Tailwind CSS 4+ and creating clean, responsive layouts
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design and backend architecture
- Proficiency in Eloquent, query optimization, and Laravel ecosystem tools
- Familiarity with frontend tooling (Vite, ESLint, Prettier, etc.)
- Git experience and a good grasp of branching workflows
- Comfortable with testing (PHPUnit, Pest, and/or frontend testing frameworks)
- Able to write clean, documented, and maintainable code
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to haves:
- Experience with SSR or server-side caching strategies in Inertia
- Familiarity with Laravel Livewire (for isolated components or admin tools)
- Design sensibilities or experience working closely with designers
