Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. The workday includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and applying an agile approach to address complex business challenges with a focus on cloud-first strategies. Continuous engagement in refining and optimizing system components ensures the delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency in project progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
